Hydroelectric Power
Small scale turbines can provide a source of electricty at sites
where water can be found in a liquid state for at least part of the
year. Typically, power is obtained by the kinetic energy of water
flowing in a stream or from a reservoir through a turbine. If this
water resource is available, it provides a clean and renewable source
of energy.
